Abimanyu Soesanto, SH., CPLO., CPLA., CBAS., CAHRM. Abimanyu Soesanto is an experienced advocate and legal analyst with over 7 years of expertise in both litigation and non-litigation law. His deep knowledge and extensive experience, particularly in general corporate and commercial law, criminal law, and cyber law, have given him the confidence to establish Abimanyu Soesanto and Partners Law Firm. He is proficient in drafting legal opinions and documents, preparing court files, and handling corporate law matters. Furthermore, he excels at leading case execution, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and prioritizing quality in all documentation.
Currently, Abimanyu serves as the Chairman of LBH Djoyo Agung Wicaksana (2025-2030), concurrently entrusted as Board Member of PERADI for Foreign Advocates and International Cooperation in Malang Regency (2025-2030), as well as Deputy Chairman of LPH GRIB Malang Regency (202502030),. This mandate is not merely a position, but a manifestation of my commitment to continuously provide legal service that are professional, human-centred, and adaptive to the needs of society.
Throughout his career, Abimanyu served as a Legal Analyst Intern at Supreme Law Firm and Agustian Siagian Law Firm, where he led a legal team of six. During these roles, he sharpened his ability to analyze complex legal issues and apply legal principles to real-life situations, particularly in land and inheritance rights cases. He also gained valuable courtroom experience by observing proceedings and interacting with clients and law enforcement authorities. As an Associate Legal Officer at the FA Foundation, he led a six-person legal team and supervised the implementation of legal compliance for volunteers.
Academically, Abimanyu holds two Bachelor of Law degrees: one from the University of Muhammadiyah Malang with a GPA of 3.6/4.0 and another from the University of Terbuka with a GPA of 3.79/4.0. He completed the Mandatory Professional Education (Pendidikan Khusus Profesi Advokat) and passed the Assessment of Legal Competence (Ujian Profesi Advokat). He has also taken the Final Step to Becoming an Advocate (Sumpah Profesi Advokat) at the High Court (Pengadilan Tinggi Surabaya).
Beyond his professional and academic achievements, Abimanyu has held leadership roles in various organizations. He was the General Secretary for the Student Political Party at the University of Muhammadiyah Malang and the Deputy General Secretary for the Moslem Student Association (HMI).

Rizki Abubakar Difinubun, S.H.
As a dedicated advocate, Rizki Abubakar Difinubun, S.H. brings profound experience and commitment to the legal field. He completed both his undergraduate (S1) and postgraduate (S2) degrees at the Faculty of Law, Merdeka University (Unmer) Malang. Specializing in land disputes, family law, and intellectual property rights, he has a strong track record of handling a variety of complex cases. His fighting spirit was forged during his university years, where he was an active youth activist in the Islamic Student Association.
Currently, Rizki not only serves as an advocate but also holds the responsibility of General Secretary of the Djoyo Agung Wicaksana Legal Aid Institute. This experience further strengthens his commitment to providing legal assistance to those in need. With a vision aligned with the values of professionalism and justice, Rizki Abubakar Difinubun, S.H., M.H., is fully committed to becoming a part of the Abimanyu Soesanto & Partner Law Firm team.
